Log cabins

15 charming log cabins await you on the edge of our campsite - the perfect retreat for anyone who loves cosiness and nature. The huts are spread over two lovingly designed plateaus - with wonderful views and a very special atmosphere that allows you to discover nature, experience the moment and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Camping in the Gailtal in Carinthia

Nestled in the tranquil, powerful nature of the Gailtal valley - a place where you can immediately feel how good the mountains are for you. The campsite is generously laid out and offers plenty of space to spread out, arrive and simply live outdoors. Here you can discover nature, experience the peace and quiet and enjoy outdoor life to the full.

In addition to the pitches, you can also spend the night in lovingly furnished log cabins or cosy mobile homes - ideal for anyone who wants to combine a camping feeling with extra comfort.

Alpine pastures

The many Gailtal Alpine pastures invite you to explore nature for hours, enjoy the fresh mountain air and experience how the flavours of the region seduce your senses after an eventful day with a hearty snack, savoury Gailtal Alpine cheese or refreshing buttermilk. Here, every bite tastes like a holiday.

Via ferratas & gorges

The region around our campsite is rich in exciting via ferratas - remnants from the Second World War - and a highlight for anyone looking for adventure. Here you can discover the challenge, experience the adventure and enjoy the thrill. Those who prefer a more leisurely pace can explore the numerous easily accessible gorges (ravines) and experience the power of water up close - an unforgettable nature experience that you will enjoy to the full.

Kofel & Wipfel

The peaks of our mountains have names such as Kofel or Wipfel and beckon with well-marked hiking trails through breathtaking landscapes. Various tours can be undertaken from the campsite - including the ascent of the Reisskofel with spectacular views that you can discover, experience and enjoy to the full - experiences that you will remember for a long time to come.

Our campsite is deliberately only discreetly lit so that the view upwards remains unobstructed - perfect for discovering the starry sky in all its splendour, experiencing the nocturnal spectacle and enjoying the moment in all its beauty. If you want to experience the sea of stars even more intensely, you only need to walk out into the darkness of nature for a few minutes. Then the infinite beauty of the sky above the Gailtal Alps reveals itself - a moment that both stills and enchants.
